Cascade Valley Inn General Policies
- Adults only (minimum age 21); maximum two adults per room
- The entire property is non-smoking & non-vaping
- Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind
- Check-in: 3:00 to 8:00 pm. Self-check in after 8 p.m. (we will send you information). Check out: 11:00 a.m.
- Two-night minimum stay may apply. Two-night minimum applies during most weekends, holidays and festival weekends. We will honor one-night stays if rooms are available.
- All rates subject to 8.3% Washington State tax and 2% lodging tax
- The reservation balance is due at the time of booking.
- Only one discount category or special will be applied per reservation (highest discount)

Cancellation Policy
Because of our small size, last-minute cancellations affect us significantly so we require a 21-day cancellation notice. Cancellations with more than 21 days notice are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than half 20 days cancellation notice are nonrefundable, but we will refund any room nights that we are able to re-book, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
